Abstract

Calon guru fisika di era digital dituntut mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, pedagogik, dan konten secara terpadu dalam pembelajaran. Namun, mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Sebelas Maret masih menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun RPP berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka dan mengintegrasikan teknologi secara pedagogis dalam micro teaching. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi micro teaching berbasis TPACK menggunakan model CIPP. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain concurrent embedded, melibatkan 60 mahasiswa melalui angket, wawancara dengan 7 mahasiswa dan 3 dosen, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dimensi context sangat baik, dengan 96,7% mahasiswa memahami tujuan program dan 98,3% menyatakan kesesuaiannya dengan kebutuhan calon guru. Aspek input mencerminkan kesiapan RPP yang tinggi (93,3%) dan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti PhET dan Canva (90,0%), meskipun terdapat kendala teknis pada infrastruktur. Dimensi process menonjol pada penutupan pembelajaran (88,3%) dan umpan balik dosen (91,7%), namun manajemen waktu (78,3%) dan integrasi TPACK secara holistik masih perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil product menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mengajar (83,3%) dan kepercayaan diri (85,0%), meskipun ditemukan miskonsepsi pada konten fisika dan kecenderungan pendekatan teacher-centered. Evaluasi CIPP menyimpulkan bahwa konteks dan produk program telah memenuhi harapan, sementara aspek input dan proses masih memerlukan penguatan. Disarankan pengembangan modul simulasi daring, penguatan pelatihan TPACK, panduan RPP yang lebih sistematis, serta umpan balik terstruktur guna mempersiapkan calon guru menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad ke-21.
