Peningkatan Literasi STEM melalui Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Candi Muaro Jambi sebagai Sumber Belajar di SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Barat

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut penerapan kurikulum dan pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan kebutuhan kontekstual peserta didik. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan dengan tuntutan tersebut adalah STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Namun, selama ini STEM sering dipahami hanya untuk bidang eksakta, padahal prinsip integratifnya juga dapat diterapkan dalam bidang non-eksakta seperti sejarah, bahasa, dan ilmu sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi STEM guru melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan Candi Muaro Jambi sebagai sumber belajar berbasis potensi lokal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan melibatkan 32 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi workshop, diskusi lintas bidang, dan pendampingan dalam perancangan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning). Guru dilatih untuk mengintegrasikan konsep sains, teknologi, rekayasa, dan matematika dengan nilai budaya dan sejarah yang terkandung dalam Candi Muaro Jambi sebagai laboratorium belajar terbuka. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap penerapan literasi STEM lintas disiplin, baik eksakta maupun non-eksakta. Guru berhasil merancang model pembelajaran adaptif yang menghubungkan konsep ilmiah dengan konteks budaya lokal, seperti proyek analisis arsitektur candi, pelestarian material bangunan, serta penulisan reflektif sejarah peradaban.
